I am a passionate researcher at the intersection of technology and human behavior, with a focus on how generative AI is reshaping human resource processes. With over ten years of experience in sales leadership, I bring a practical, real-world perspective to my academic work. Currently pursuing my PhD in Management with a focus on Organizational Behaviour at Wilfrid Laurier University, my research explores AI’s potential in candidate selection, performance management, and leadership. I have a deep interest in how technology can enhance or challenge workplace dynamics, and I am dedicated to contributing meaningful insights to both academic and industry conversations.
In addition to my research, I provide consulting services, offering organizational insights and sales strategy coaching. I work with companies to optimize their sales processes and navigate complex business challenges, helping them achieve sustainable growth and success. Outside of consulting, I am an active mentor, avid learner, and enjoy collaborating with aspiring entrepreneurs and students.
